    • In the 80's there was pushbutton phones. I had one the numbers got stuck whenever someone would use it, I wound up throwing it out and getting another one.

    • I used to just hang up, then when they called back, I would just leave it off the hook. But I had to keep it on the hook if my parents weren't home, or else expect an ass whooping when they got home!
