Haven, Connecticut, who returned a $10,000 check to its owner, a real estate broker Roberta Hoskie, who dropped it on the street. The owner WaS so overwhelmed by this gesture that she rewarded him with cash, found him a place to live, paid six months of rent, and got him free classes at her real estate school.
